Living in Minneapolis
was a nightmare of pain,
where winter temperatures
were sometimes 40 below,
regularly spend a week
in a little rented room
or two about sixty degrees
in the spring. Then, as now,
below freezing, I found
an apartment that is warm
that the humans awakening
bug me by walking above,
to spring, almost rivaled
the computer music that
the beautiful awakening
made me delusional.
