Although convenient,
store-bought snack packs
are junky compared
to a family-size potato,
which costs more money
than homemade. Instead,
buy chips and eat large
handfuls. I like to
buy various sizes of
food storage containers
and not use them, because
I put my chips above
healthy servings into
each. Fill them with
trash and throw them
away, or you could
fill them with healthy
cereal bars.
